The Finance Committee has considered:                                          
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 232                                                            
"An Act making a special appropriation from the budget reserve                
fund under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska,           
to the Alaska Income Account; and providing for an effective                   
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 232(FIN)                                                
"An Act making a special appropriation from the budget reserve                
fund under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska,           
to the Alaska Income Account; making a special appropriation                   
from the dividend fund to the Alaska Income Account; and                       
providing for an effective date."
